Switch plans and now charged $50.68, and then $45 in the same billing cycle? Why? Now just switched to the $40 plan a 40 gib, will I be charged twice? I need a refund, please help?

every time you switch plans on an immediate basis it starts afresh with a full cycle charge.
All prepaid mobile suppliers do not prorate or refund partial cycles.
There are warning messages on the screen before doing this. Did you see them?
You can try your luck with the customer support agents if you missed it – they may or may not be accommodating

When you changed your plan, did you select "change on renewal date"?
