are you certain you’re not seeing unauthorized or pending charges versus those which have settled on the payment card transactions
Either that, or did you have issues making the purchase and found yourself having to try it many times?

@Greene please login My Account using Incognito mode and confirm two things:
1. do you see the 4x charge showing up as Availble fund on My Account?
2. Check Payment history page (https://selfserve.publicmobile.ca/en/account/payment/payment-history ) and confirm if it shows 5 times the transaction of that data addon
If it showing at Available fund, you do have an option to leave it there, PM will use the money towards plan renewal
I understand that is quite some moeny, so, if you want to ask for a refund, please open ticket with PM support:
1. Please open ticket via Chatbot (need access to My Account): click this Chatbot Ticket Link
Then click "Click here to submit a ticket ↗" to open the ticket submission page
Next, enter your Community login, then enter your question. Finally use My Account login or 4 digits PIN to validate.
