i was trying to set up an account and it would not complete tried 3 time and on 4th try it completed now visa charged $28 4 times how to cancel extra 3 charges

@Bepvgf Oh, well that is a pain.
What does your "Available Balance" currently say? If the extra three $25 (because taxes do not show in your Self Serve account), so $75 is showing in your Available Balance, then you likely got charged 4 times.
If your Available Balance does not show extra charges, then the 3 extra charges are just pending charges that will "right themselves" after a few days with the credit card company.

do you see those overcharged amount on your account as Available Fund? If so, they can be used for your next couple months if you decide to leave it there.
I had similar experience that they activated 2 accounts for me (of course charge twice). Tired to ask them to refund the amount and took a week and no progress. Then I asked them to move to fund to my active account and got that done the next day. So, asking for refund might take long and you might want to consider to leave it on your account to pay for the next couple months.

Make sure that the charges are not pending charges. If they are actual charges, then you will need to to contact moderator to check your billing issue:
