Hi can someone help me about over charge.

My subscription: 34$/ month, why they charged me 39.00$

@THP_23  is that $34.00 plus tax? Sign into your account and click the Payment tab for a full breakdown.

Yes I am sure my plan is 34$/ month.

I checked it in my account.

If this is related to the switch from the Legacy Rewards to the Points Rewards in May/24. 
You will not receive $2 for AutoPay anymore and all your referrals will be in points not $1.

You will receive 5% in points and will nice you have 15 points. You can redeem for a $15 credit off your next bill. 
If it is not related to the Points Reward then there will be a $5 credit in available funds.

you sure you didn't picked the wrong plan?

and login My Account, check Subscription to confirm if you have a $39 plan or $34.  If you have a $39 plan and just have been paying $34 , then it is a problem with the old loyalty program gone and everyone on Public Points

if you really have a $34 plan and PM charges $39, then ask PM , 

open ticket with PM using the Orange Chatbot icon on the lower right. Type the question Submit ticket and select Contact Us to get to ticket open screen
