I haven't gotten my physical SIM card in the mail yet. I registered my public mobile account on Aug 7th and it's been 20 days and I haven't received my Sim in the mail. Can you please advise?

It can take up to 3 weeks to receive a physical SIM card when ordering it from Public Mobile's website. It sounds like there could be an issue in your case it's right around that point. I would recommend reaching out to customer service to report the issue. You can write to them by using the following link and consider asking for a reimbursement or for them to reissue a new SIM:

In addition, there are other ways to purchase SIM cards if you do not want to wait 3 weeks by repurchasing from the Public Mobile site.

20 days is too many, you should get it in a week, and no more than 3
you can ask PM to let you buy a new one from local Telus or Koodo or MobileKlink store and they reimburse you. But check with them first
