Over charge on my credit card

I have 3 kids with public mobile. Suppose to be $16.97 a month per child. But my credit card has more 3 charges. some months have 6 times charge and some 8 to 10 times from Public Mobile.  This is insane. I am mad and frustrated that I can't solve this problem right away.  I can't contact customer service over the phone or visit a kiosk. How do I fix this ASAP!!!

I’m not sure what plan your kids have, but assuming they are on $15 plan with 250MB, it looks like they ran out of data, then they bought 1GB add-on for $15, thus could explain the extra charges per month.

Can you screenshot the charges on your PM Account payment history for us to examine (making sure to mask any personal info)

There's likely an easy explanation which we might be able to identify.

Hard to believe you have 8-10 charges from PM...

As for 2 charges per month - it is possible as PM service is for 30 days and not per month.

Hi @mr_capistrano how long you have been with PM??

your really should now have 8 or 10 charges per month for 3 kids.  PM has 30 days cycle so it is possible you hit charged twice per month once in a while ( on 1st and 31st but won't be often)

I would ask support agent for checking.   please submit a ticket with CS Agent using this Chatbot link:  https://widget.telus.tiia.ai/publicmobile/publicmobile.html  Type the question "Submit ticket", Then click the following in order: "Contact Us" ,  "Other",  "Log In".
