Hi,
On Feb 14, 2022, I intended to add $5.00 for 500 minutes talking only, but possible due to how-to-add technical issue, I had added three times with total $20.00. Now I want to get $15.00 refund and keep only $5.00 in my account.

check at Available Fund:$ showing money ? if so left there, and for next bill cycle the will take it from there automatically,

@Wensi When you log into My Account, did you see $15 there as Available Fund ? If so, you can leave your fund there as it will be used towards your next renewal, easier that way
If you did buy 4 times the 500 minutes talk time ($0 in Available Fund and you see the add-ons appears multiple times in My Data & Add-ons section in My Account) and you want to reverse the transaction, try to reach out to PM Support and explain to them the situation. PM Support are usually reasonable and will try to find the best solution for you:
