Hi, I am going back to Vietnam for 4 months and will come back in August 2022, but I still wanna keep my phone number during that time. Would you mind cancel my plans until August 2022 and keeping my phone number, please?

Hi there, we are PM customers like yourself and do not have access to your account, but as you can see above you cannot cancel/hold an account/number for 4 months, so if you follow the steps above you will be able to keep the number at the lowest possible price (which should be the 15 bucks) if you are only gone for 4 months.

Follow @HALIMACS instructions otherwise after 90 days from your renewal date without a payment your account will be closed automatically and your number lost.

When is your next renewal set to occur? Suspend your service via lost/stolen in your self serve account before midnight eastern on day 30 of your current cycle. You will have 89/90 days to pay and reactivate before your account is cancelled and deactivated and your number lost. Reactivate around day 85 to give yourself some leeway in case you encounter a problem reactivating.
Suspending by this method keeps your voicemail active.

There's only one good way to do this, @Phuonghoang1104 , but it takes some effort.
- change to the $15 plan first of all to take effect on the next renewal (you can do this under self-serve)
- remove auto-pay after the plan charges on the next cycle
- when the plan suspends, it will go into a suspended state for UP TO 90 days (you can log into self-serve to see how many days are left in the suspended state)
- on day 85, reactivate on the $15 plan, then repeat until you return to Canada
This will be the cheapest way to retain the number while you're away.
