You're going to have to share way more information than that if you require help. Stuff like, are you a long time customer or just joined. What phone you're using, what part of Canada are you in....  any info to help us help you.

You just joined?  Make sure you remove the old physical sim card or disable or delete the old esim

next, reboot phone and reset network settings
