Once again public mobile has dropped the ball. I used to get wonderful service from them never had any issues now for whatever reason they suck. Every month I pay 70 bucks for the biggest plan they offer which includes unlimited Canada and us talk unlimited international texts and a bunch of data. Been sitting by my phone all day yesterday and all day today waiting for a very important phone call and it never came in. So I go to try calling one of my friends and the voice prompt tells me that I'm out of minutes my phone call cannot be completed as dialed. Tell me how this is possible when I pay for an unlimited Canada and US wide talk package. First it's rounding up on the data usage so I go through it far faster than I should be by their metering now it's telling me I don't have enough minutes to make a phone call I think it's time to leave public mobile and find someone who actually provides what you pay for seamlessly. Especially when I have to wait days yes days for a service ticket to be responded to or else waste my own paid for data looking up through the community to find a solution to my problem. Doesn't that seem a little double ended to you? No customer service phone number you can call and then charge you data usage to look up a solution and then wait and wait and wait for someone who could actually do something about it. I used to recommend public Mobile to people looking for a new phone provider I certainly will be telling people to avoid public mobile from now on sure I'm glad I'm not trapped in some contract.

@Parkbench13- That is frustrating yes.
Does the call still go through if you ignore the message?
Do these things to be able to make a call:
Hopefully, this fixes the calling issue.

there are issues with PM today and yesterday, maybe that's why you missed the incoming calls. To fix it, try to change your network to 3G ONLY, or if you have a 2nd phone, put your SIM on the 2nd phone and see if it works, then move it back to your original phone.
for the outgoing calls, PM always have those false alarm. Try to manually call the number with a 1 in front of the phone numbers
don't give up on PM yet.. give them a chance

This glitch shows up every so often. Try dialing a 1 ahead of area code.
