I’m trying to top up with a couture and it’s not being accepted online I’m out of country so *611 isn’t working

Most likely on hold for several hours up to a day then.. Have you hit the 24 hours and tried again?

If you can call a Canadian toll-free number from where you are then you could also call 1-855-4pu-blic to redeem your stylish voucher.

WHAAAAAAT. Read what @Zsomuah said...is out of country.......and that means *611 won’t work unless has a USA add on and is in USA. 

 

The answer would be.......top by logging into My Account.

still fails, open ticket to ask PM Support to check and load it for you
