Our International Plan did not work in Alaska on my phone -request full refund

My phone#  ###-###-#### which we purchased international coverage for Alaska at $33.90 did not work. We could not phone, use data or text. Very frustrating because the only way I could get help from you was to be on-line. Since i could not, we were left up a creek. Couldn't even phone a cab from airport to get to our hotel. We were in Alaska from late afternoon Sept 6, until late Thursday Sept 14th after which we arrived in Vancouver and everything worked fine

Requesting full refund.

We did order US Roaming package

International??  You need a US roaming package.  If you didn't use the package, they may refund you.

The only way you get help is unfortunately...online.

Alaska is a hit or miss State for roaming.  Did you try connecting to AT&T? Some people had success connecting to AT&T

if you are back already, them message Support and they might be able to reverse the transaction for you

**Monitor your Community inbox (envelope icon on top right) after the ticket is opened.  CS Agent will reply to you there
