Ordered sim card but taking too long. Can I go pick one up at a store instead?
I can't even look at my account info online since it forces me to the sim registration.

Yea, I guess I misread that. If I knew it was 7-10 days I would have gone to the store.
In fact, I tried to do direct store pickup but I could only see the store on the map but could select it.

the 2 days is when PM will ship the sim card. Generally it is a week and you will get it

Thanks, I'll try this. Already paid the $10 to order for delivery because I read it was 2 days. Now it says 10 in some places and 7 in others.

you can buy another one from Telus or Koodo store if you don't mind to pay extra
but if you want PM to reimburse you , then check with them first, they usually ok. Please message them here and ask
