Ordered a phone but no tracking info

I ordered a phone about 2 weeks ago and I got an order number but I don’t have a receipt or tracking info.. also doesn’t even say phone has shipped yet.

how do I speak with someone about this??

Do you have any proof you bought phone from PM?

Delivery might take up to 4 weeks.
