Hi All,
I'm in Canada for around 25 days. I ordered a SIM card 10 days ago and still havent received anything. At this stage, I have lost a considerable amount of money out of using my overseas mobile carrier and wish to cancel my public mobile month membership as it is no longer worth it.
There is no number to call. No physical address, not even an email address to explain my concerns.
To make matters worse, I have just realised that despite living overseas I have been charged each month for the last subscription I took when I was in Canada in December 2023.
What are my options here ?

you won't be able to get all those money back for sure. easy way would be to call you credit card and reverse the charge?, you account here would then be suspended and PM won't change again
But if you want to do it properly, submit ticket and work with agent to remove the card from the account

Have now realised that my account was never closed since july 2022. I have lived overseas since and the amount of 40.24 has been charged monthly on the credit card of my elderly mother. Need to get through to an agent asap

It could take up to 3 weeks to receive a SIM card if you ordered it from the Public Mobile website. If it has surpassed that time frame, you can submit a request to customer support for a reimbursement using this link:

Please be sure to explain the issue to them. They will respond to you in your community inbox so check it from time to time. (Little envelope icon on the top-right of this page)
In the meantime, there are several other ways to purchase SIM cards:

hi @AngelineMayano so, 1 year and not 10
but still too long ago and hard to convince support agent why you didn't follow up till now. Please buy new one from Telus or Koodo store or Amazon
