As per the subject title, I ordered a SIM card last week, paid for it, received a confirmation email, (which is oddly missing any type of confirmation number!) and have not heard anything more since then. So my first question... is it normal for a confirmation email to not include a confirmation number? Secondly, should I not be receiving a follow-up message when the card is shipped? And lastly, how long should it take from the time I place the order, to the time it gets shipped out? So I'm a little concerned that something screwed up when I ordered the SIM.
I tried using the chat function in an attempt to get some answers, but that failed miserably. When I tried to enter my email address when asked to, it wouldn't work and kept asking me to enter it again and again. Sheesh, what gives?
Thanks,
Glen B.

Shipping is stated as 3-7 business days. Saturday and Sunday do not count.
Also, see the post above about the order number, and using the Canada Post website for tracking.

Wait one more day and if by tomorrow the shipping confirmation is not received, contact the moderator team and have them follow up on the order. The moderator team can be reached via private message using this link. Please include a detailed description of the issue and the required resolution. This will speed up problem resolution significantly. Refer to the following knowledge base link for additional information on contacting the moderator team.

Public Mobile doesn't have an online chat function. If you're speaking of that floating question mark in the corner of the screen, that is nothing more than than an automated bot that searches a database of prepared answers based on whatever you type in.
In any event, you can track your shipment by using the order number as a reference number on the Canada Post website, just as Lieux has described.

@camperbc, IIRC two emails are issued when an online SIM order is placed. The first email acknowledges the order and the second email acknowledges shipping. There is ususally a one to two day separation between the two notifications.
