I order a Motorola g fast on 04/21/2021 and never got it and the police and the Post office told me to get my Money refunded to a new account or credit on my New account

on a new account.. you meant credit card or PM Account? Either way, it is doable. You still have a open ticket with PM? If not, you can re-open a new ticket and work with them

@Sarahmulder79 so, PM already working with you? Yes, while most business will say they have to refund onto the same credit card, you can in fact ask them to post to a different one. This thing happens, like people lost their card and got a replacement one with different card number or like your case, expired)
Did PM offer you to put it back into your PM account ( you have an active account with PM?) If so, that is not a bad idea. It will cover your phone bill for couple months

Request that PM send out a new phone, if they say it was lost in the mails...and you actually paid for it already.

did you open a ticket with Public Mobile Customer Support Agent? what did they say? Did they say they sent out and just lost on the mail? I think if you have opened a ticket with PM, the will then check with Canada Post and once they got the confirmation, PM will make the refund to your credit card. But this is a lengthy process.
