Order placed since December 30th not delivered

I placed an order for a Sim card since December 30th and till now, I have not received it, not even an email confirmation.

I got mine in about 10 days in November.  Since its been holiday schedule, and comes through regular mail with Canada Post maybe give it 10 working days.  Super easy to set up once it arrives.  Good luck!

If you ordered from PM, it may take up to 3 weeks to arrive through standard mail.

@Meyeh  - SIM cards normally take 10 business days, so you are in the range. In fact, some say it can take 3 weeks.

Emails confirmations are not always received either. 

Once it becomes 10 working days i'd submit a ticket to a CSA.
