I changed my number online and now I am unable to make or receive any calls, Seems like there is no service but I still see signal on the phone, did network reset and everything, nothing is working.

Try reinstalling SIM card and reboot phone. If that does not work contact an agent.

Usually, the restart of your phone does take care of things. I would wait about an hour to see if there is some type of delay in the system to provision the new phone number.
