Hi there I purchased a phone for my son on Oct 25th. I have not received it to date.  Please advise.

i suggest you to waiting for two week from you order it,, if you not received

 

then Contact Customer Support Agent by CS_Agent,...

Wait until next Monday ( November 8th) 10 full business days then contact customer support if you have not recieved your order by the end of the day.

Open a ticket first and PM will get back to you shortly

 

Some people find a way to track some orders, but only if the order has been shipped already and shipped by Xpresspost .  However, they might use other courier as well, so this method might not work)

Normally, if you have not received any notification or shipment within 10 days you can check in with the Customer Support Team.

For tracking CPO orders, you have to open a ticket with PM

 

  1.  For faster response (2-48 hours), Click on the bubble in the lower right to request CS Agent assistance, or use this direct link:  https://publicmobile.ca/chatbot.

    Start with typing "CPO phone", then click "Track my Order", then click" I still haven't received my phone yet", click "Click here to submit a ticket". Then follow to complete the ticket submission.

  2. Or you can Send a private message to the CS Agent here: https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/composepage/note-to-user-id/22437


**Monitor your Community inbox, envelope on the top right, after ticket is opened.  CS Agent will reply and work with you  via messaging there
