How do I open a new ticket?

hi @reh8243 bold or not does not matter.

 

maybe open ticket with PM CS agent

at : https://publicmobile.ca/chatbot.

First type Forgot Login,
then select the only choice there: "Contact..",
finally click link the blue link about submit a ticket
Another page will open and just follow: .

After ticket is submitted, make sure to check your Community Inbox(top right corner envelope icon) periodically for response from PM

 

If you have problems submitting a ticket, you can open ticket by private message (but this can take longer):

Can't sign in to my account. Noticed my password was in bold when I reset it and every time I try to sign in it is not in bold so I get the error message that email and password does not match.

top of this page click Get Help / Chat with Simon to start process of CSA assistance.

Watch the little envelope icon top right side of page will be highlighted when they respond.

Best is to ask you question here initially, then we can provide further guidance.
