Only receiving landlines calls

Hello,

I can only receive landlines calls. I can make calls, also text and receive texts.  We have tried everything. We even got a new sim card. Can anyone help please? Thanks

I am a long term user, just started ti have this problem.  My wife who is public mobile can't phone me

@shilsendeger1 , it might be worthwhile to initiate a support ticket and have a CSA look into the account, perhaps do an account reset.  Use the chatbot link for support.

@shilsendeger1 So, you are a long term customer and had no problem before?  Just having this problem lately?

you got a new SIM card, did you go through the Change SIM card process on My Account to register the new sim card with your phone number?

So, you can only receive landline calls but not mobile calls?   For those people on cellular who cannot call you, can you try to find out if they are from the same carrier, like Rogers?  Can you find something form Telus or Koodo or PM to try calling you?

When did you join PM?  did you port your number into PM?
