We have been a customer of Public Mobile since 2022 and noticed we have just started accumulating rewards points in May 2024. Any reason we would have not accumulated any points from when we signed up back in 2022 and why the points just started accumulating in May this year? Thanks

@Pioneer520 Sounds like maybe you were on the old rewards system and just got converted to points like everyone had been converted to points . Did you get a loyalty bonus data also that had 150 day expiry ? This is the only thing I can think of why you’re now just noticing the new points rewards . But within the points rewards . Once you have 15 points you can redeem $15 off your bill
