One time payment after service suspension

Service was suspended due to credit card issue. How do I make a payment using a voucher I purchased to have my service turned back on?

@PWeebs  We happy you got it sorted out . And yes some vouchers take 24 hours after purchase to load and there are real time vouchers that can be used instantly

where you got the voucher from? Vouchers from some store could have a wait time of 24 hours

You can however try to open ticket with support and see if they can help to process the voucher without the wait time

**Monitor your Community inbox (envelope icon on top right) after the ticket is opened.  CS Agent will reply to you there

And the load voucher option is 9nbthrboaykent page, there is a button Add fund using payment voucher there

*611 says the voucher I purchased 6 hours ago is not valid. When I go to my accounts it says my subscription is on hold but does not offer a voucher payment option.
