Service was suspended due to credit card issue. How do I make a payment using a voucher I purchased to have my service turned back on?

Thanks for the help. The voucher worked 18 hours after purchase.

*611 says the voucher I purchased 6 hours ago is not valid. When I go to my accounts it says my subscription is on hold but does not offer a voucher payment option.
