One of my Refer a Friend Rewards is not showing

Moderators, can you please review the above and let me know why I am missing one of the refer-a-friend rewards? My renewal is coming up soon so would like to get this included. It should show ($6) instead of ($3).

Yes you are right. One of your refer a friend 3$ is missing. So you have to private message a moderator.
