One month subscription

Hello, I have my brother visiting. He only needs one month phone subscription, how can I get that for him with public mobile? I don’t want to put my credit card and then you will keep taking month payments. He is only here for a month. Please advise. Thank you

download the Public Mobile app to his cell to create his new account and use a valid Cdn debit or credit card. Once his account is successfully up and running, just log in and disable Subscribed (autopay). His cell will work for 30 days, then stop when renewal fails due to non pay.

you need a credit card to setup the account

after it is activated, you can disable Autopay.  Go to Payment page, Manage Subscription and turn off Subscribed.

or you can ask PM agent to help to remove the credit card after the account is setup
