Hi,
During the limited time offer of one free month and 5gig of date during January 2021 I entered my email and the web page said "This is confirmation that the email address you entered is now eligible for this limited time offer..." "activate by Feb 8, 2021". I have just activated my new account but this promo is not reflected in the price nor addon's. Will this appear on my account automatically or do I need to do something else? Maybe just need to be patient. 🙂

The one month free credit will appear on your account as a credit equal to 1 month's fee in about 10 days. The 5GB free data will appear in your account as an add-on, probably next month as it can take up to 30 business days to be credited to your account. As long as you qualify and activated a plan valued at $25 or more, then you should qualify for the 5GB free data add-on.

The promo details state it could take anywhere up to 30 days from activation.
Most users have seen the 5 GB appear in as little as 10 days.
You will see the free month credit appear just before your 1st renewal.
