On what day does your data go back to zero?

It clearly is not the first day of the month, because it didn't do that today. If not, what day would it be? The date of activation?

The day your payment comes out of your account

It resets at the beginning of the day of your renewal (even before the renewal gets charged/take from your account balance).

My experiences are that if you've run out of data from the billing cycle that is ending, there can be about 30 minutes of no data service.  For me, the data resets exactly at midnight, but the data didn't start working again until about half an hour later.

@Junkie1357  Just dial 611 and it will inform you of your next renewal date  That is when the counters get reset.

The data usage counter reset to zero at midnight ET of your renewal date.

If you live BC, it will be at 9pm PT of payment due day which is the date before your renewal date.

Its your renewal date that will reset your data.

It would be the first day after your 30-day plan.  PM plans are 30 days, not a month.
