So when you login to you PM account, in your profile, you see your new number?
When you call or text someone they see your new number with caller id?
In your phone's Settings > About phone you see your old number?

How do you know the port was successful? When you login to your account does it show the new number? What number do others see for caller id when you call or text?

I tried swapping with my sons sim card and it didn't work. After reinserting the public mobile sim it still shows the old number before porting. It did show my son's phone number when I tried his sim.

Thanks I'll try that in a bit.

hi @Fish1e
it's a device settings, not PM related
you might have to Reset the phone to make it right
but , it might work if you put another active sim card in the phone to "clear" the old settings efire putting your PM sim card back
