Good morning everyone,
I'm with public mobile over 4 years now but because the issue, I missed my payment. they cancelled my subscription so I order a new SIM in hope I will be able to get my number back (I have everything tide to it).
But I'm now in never ending circle to try to get mu number back. They only provide me with an option to select new number which I want to avoid.
Someone here has the same experience?

HI @LaChiquita
from another phone, call 1-855-4PUBLIC and enter your number. The system will tell you if you can still resume the service to keep the number. However, if it cannot find the number, then you are out of luck, you missed the 90 days

When you missed your payment on renewal date has it been more than 90 days without a payment?

@LaChiquita Unless you missed payments for 90 days your original account should still be active. Are you not able to log in with your original email and password?
