Old Number Transferred, No SMS Texts/Phone Calls

Hi recently switched from Lucky Mobile to Public Mobile.

I requested to transfer my phone number and it worked and I had access to sms messages, phone calls, and voicemail.

When I restarted my phone, my eSim stopped sending sms messages, phone calls, and when I request a new voicemail password, it doesn’t work when I reset my password.

I bought a SIM card today to see if it would fix issue but didn’t.

Hi there, double checked and yes, it’s changed to new physical sim.

Can you go back and check again to see if the sim card number now showing the physical sim?

if the physical sim card number is there, then likely just a sim card provisioning issue, open ticket with support as advised above.  

Also, test the sim in another phone, just in case it is a device problem

@amandinette - did you already delete the eSIM? IF so, I don't think you can get it back...?

@amandinette   you sure the porting was completed earlier?  

If you receive incoming calls and text  on your PM sim after activation, then yes, the porting was done

and for the phsyical sim card, did you login to My Account , Profile Page and update the sim card there using a computer (laptop or desktop) and not using mobile device?  The part of the site have some glitch and need to be done on a computer

And what sim card number showing there on My Account's Profile page?  is it the physical sim card?

I would open ticket with PM support and ask them to reprovision the sim card, please message them
