Can't log into acct since I asked to upgrade my acct to the 6gb vs the 4gb. A bit of a problem with a self serve provider... Getting help has been a challenge. For starters email inquiry form asks for acct number, sorry can't give that to you since when I try to sign into my acct it says oh no! It looks like something went wrong, but don't panic. Log out and try again, I'm not logged in?... Experiencing a big shortfall of self serve, help!!!!! Two emails for solutions and a few pm, going on a few weeks soon...

I have exact same issue as well with my Wife's account. Self-Serve was working fine, once number was ported from Koodo Prepaid, self-serve stopped working and I get the same error.

I have the exact same error since my activation this week. Tried different browsers, clearing cache, different computer. I have an oustanding Private Message to Shazia.

Did you try another browser like Chrome or Firefox?
