Odd problem....

On November 15th I tried to set up an account with PM. Card got declined twice and I was prompted to start over completely. Immediately following, my bank app notified me of a charge in the sum of the plan I chose and my PM Sim is active. Currently I have 2 active Sim cards (PM & Virgin Mobile), both are active and I can make outgoing calls and texts with PM but I can receive anything. I don't have an account to log in to either because my application supposedly never completed. I've sent private messages to Moderators but no response, help!

As long as you messaged the mod with all the important info they will get to it.   if nothing is heard by mid next week message again. best is to use your current sim and have them complete port.

 

did you send

  • old account name number 
  • sim mumber
  • current phone number
  • pm account number

Hopefully Mod will get back to you soon.
Many ppl have same issues including myself two failed ports from Fido .

I've seen response times on private message between 7-10 days to get issues resolved.  Hopefully this should be getting shorter as they work through the backlog.

 

You have a partial port which is why you still have an active virgin mobile SIM.

 

You have a stuck administration account which is why you can't login or see what is going on.

 

Both will be fixed.

 

Hopefully you included the necessary info in your private messages.
