I believe once your service is set up and works, there are no issues and the service and reception are great.
The reason I said that you're lucky to have this plan is, you can't get the same plan for the same price anywhere else and I know lots of people are still waiting and regrading not knowing about it and not signing up for this plan.
If anyone is still not satisfied and want to quickly get rid of their plan, I'll gladly take it form them if you please message me.

Hi welcome to PM. unfortunately due to the 14,000+ new customers in last 20 days of promo, there was a huge backlog dealing with unsuccessful ports. issues have been taking up to 7 -10 days to fix.
as long as you sent the mods the correct info they will get to your message. does your old sim work, can you use that till the port is complete?
