I was told when I signed up that my monthly bill would be $ 10.00 plus taxes = $11.20. 

I just realized that Mobil has been charging my credit card more than what I signed up for. Since June My credit card has been overcharge.  The master card credit card statement  I just received today for example, shows from July 7 to Aug. 28  my mastercard was billed 6 times for a total amount of $ 127.93!!!! Please explain why ? I seldom use my cell phone my pubic mobile account payment transaction history shows only 10.00. Why is there such a big variance on what is being billed on my credit card! Please explain!!!! I  feel that I have been ripped off by Mobil and I demand a credit refund for all the over charges since June of 2018.

Aside from that this morning I received a text message that my plan did not renew because public mobile did not receive my payment and terminated my service.???  I don't understand?  I was overbilled and now my service was cut off.  I need someone to look into this matter please and reply to me immediately.

If you buy the sim card, reload, or buy vouchers from Mobil. The problem is with Mobil and not Public Mobile. If the 6 bills that were billed to you were not by your consent, then you should call your bank and see if there is anything that can be done about this.

@TessC, I take it you are buying vouchers from Mobil.  Should you not be chasing the store that sold you these vouchers.  While they are for use on this service, Public Mobile does not control their sales.  Once applied to a particular account, they within the domain of the moderator team.

How much are the individual charges? Did you have issues when you were entering your credit card? Did you enter it multiple times?

 

Even 6 times at $11.20  is about 66$ not 120.
