Payed my bill and you took 3 payments out . Not happy at all . And you make it impossible to talk to anyone to get it fixed

Highly unlikely such error will occur.
Do you see those charges on your credit card and/or your PM account?

the overpayment amount should be showing on the Available funds and ccan be used for next renewal
but if you like to have PM to check the issue, submit them a ticket
