I transferred my number Tuesday and everything went fine.
All of the sudden I get a text saying they can't transfer my number and here's a link and I don't understand what happened or what to do. I've had the same number 10 years and don't want to lose it. Please help

@shannoncollier you sure you have been receiving incoming calls?
There is a porting department to call. you can talk to live support. I will message you the phone number. Check the Community inbox on top right
