HELP....transferred my # to Public Mobile but number has not ported yet???? I spoke to other provider who confirms they received AND authorized request to transfer....what gives

part of that port process requires you to leave old sim in phone. You should have rec'd request for port and replied YES. Did that happen ?

are you poting form mobile provider and didt you got a text from them and replied YES?

There is a number to call to talk to live support,  they can re-trigger the process for you.  I will message the number to you via the Community inbox ( https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/privatenotespage ) .  Check the envelope icon on top right.  Call them and get it fixedrting from mobile carrier?

did you get a text from them and you replied yes?
