I need to transfer my number to Public mobile from Lucky mobile and I don't have my old Sim card

if you could log in your lucky mobile account, you can get the number.

Or you use IEMI, just press *#06# and put to the requirement area.  Then you could get it

it's a requirement that your old account (Lucky) has to be Active. If not, you can't port the old number. You'd have to pick a new one to get your new PM account going.

you don't have Lucky sim? You have to call Lucky and see if they can take your verbal appoval before you arrange porting.  Worst case, it is only $4 to buy a new Lucky sim from Dollarama.

Once you get that straightened out, download PM app on your phone, start the subscription and provide your Lucky account number as the porting info.
