Did you try refreshing the page, or closing it and opening it again? Or maybe try a different browser.

@gb49 , if you have not receive a notification text from your old provider to confirm the number transfer, it is likely the transfer was not submitted and can be attempted again. Try using incognito mode on the browser and resubmitting the number transfer. If using the app, delete app data and try again.

This sounds to be a website bug. I would suggest to try again at a later time.
