Good day everyone.
I have a home phone subscription with Telus. I now want to switch to PM and have issues transferring/activating the home phone number.
I was able to activate the SIM card, but then PM send me a 6-digit verification code, however I can not see any SMS messages on the home phone.
I contacted Telus and they released the number from their end, now PM needs to manually transfer the number. I can't get a hold of anybody... Does anybody have experience with home phone transfers to mobile?
Appreciate any type of advise!

You've done everything correctly.
It's just a matter of waiting up to three business days for this port to occur from a landline to a mobile service provider

Give them as much account info as you can, ie: phone number, name of acct, Pm pin #...etc..
