@Edith67 If it is Koodo Postpaid accoun, the number will for sure able to port into PM
again, check if PM charged you yet. If not, you can try to activate again, maybe pick a temp number first and request a manual porting after

It's a Koodo account, not prepaid.

Are you porting a Koodo prepaid or PC Mobile number to PM?
If yes, create a support ticket to get CSA to port your number manually to PM.

Check here if number is eligible:

@Edith67 did you get into some issue with activation and you need to start again and then got the error?
The "Valid Canadian number" error could be because there is already a porting request pending. Check if PM charged you yet to confirm if any chance the activation has already processed
If PM has not charged you yet, you can first check if your number is eligible for porting first:
https://secure.koodomobile.com/checktransfereligibilityparrot/default.do?lang=en&appname=otherportal
once confirmed your number is eligible, you can try to activate again but pick a new temporary number this time to first complete the activation
Once activated, check if incoming and outgoing calls are working, then you can submit a ticket and request PM support to help to put in your porting request

@Edith67 , can you try using incognito mode on the browser to see if that helps. Note that there are "valid" numbers that will fail the check. By chance is this number with Koodo prepaid?
