Hello,
I recently transferred over to Public Mobile from virgin. I went through the onboarding process and got notified everything was successful. I got a text from virgin to allow the number to be ported to which I replied YES. However I cannot accept or make any calls or send \ receive text messages. It has been a few days and it's still not working.
Any help is greatly appreciated.

Thank you for bringing this to our attention! The customer was already in a private conversation with one of our agents when the post was escalated. The agent will continue assisting them directly.

Try a couple of things first.
Reset the Network Settings on your phone and reboot your phone.
If that didn’t work then contact a CS_Agent for them to investigate the problem.
