I have followed all the instructions about five times, and when I go to my account, and payments, there is no option anywhere to update my card information. I have to change my payment method

https://myaccount.publicmobile.ca/en/account/payment/manage-card
But if you still cannot update card and need to renew now , get a voucher from store and load the voucher using My Account
