I've made a couple of threads on this already. Basically my phone calls are still going to my voip provider well after a week. My texts were going to the public mobile sim card almost immediately.
I kindly ask for the Telus porting department phone number via PM so I can assure myself that things are still moving along.

You are on the upper end of porting time ....even for a voip going on 10 or 11 days now? Give the telus porting department a call to see if anything unusual is holding up the completion of the port.

@jgrimes This is normal for porting from VoIP or landland. Usually within 5 business days to 10 depending on the source provider and the complexity (Although PM said 3 business days)

It can take up to two weeks when porting over from VOIP.
