@Nasiruddin did you get through? I can send you another message with the phone number to call. Keep Fido SIM card in your phone.

SIM card is working as I can make call. I can't receive call. When I put back FIDO SIM, I got the sms to from FIDO to confirm porting numbers, but I think it was expired.

if your sim card is not working, that is a problem with the account setup, not porting
please ask support agent to check and refresh your account, submit a ticket with CS Agent by direct message:
