Hi all; first time posting, so may have missed some rules.
I ported over my old number today, and it seems to be working flawlessly. In my phone's settings, it shows the proper number too.
However, in my account on the website, it shows a different one. Maybe the temporary one I had to make before porting my Koodo # over?
Anyways, figured I'd ask: is this an issue, or will the ported number display there later? Does it even matter?

If all works, ignore it. There could just be a delay in online account updating.
Same here. I port my number to PM around noon today.
My phone has the correct number almost right away.
But the self-serve number is still have the old number even I logged out/in a few times. It is updated now. We all know that PM self-serve portal is slow.

It may just not have showed up there yet but it should eventually. If you are texting/calling with the right number now it shouldn't be an issue!

Have you had any incoming texts or calls, yet? That is a sure sign that your port has completed.
