Hello, I just upgraded iPhones and switched plans, however my number is not tranferring correctly. I keep on receiving the text and texting “YES”, but then nothing happens. Does someone know the solution to this problem?

You should only get one notice. Strange that you got multiple porting text.
Once you replied, you old SIM will continue to work for about 2 hours. Once it stops working. Power off and switch the SIM…the text should stop.
Funny, I know there was a scam for iPhone users get multiple texts to get you to click to change your password.

@Ryan29 Are you trying to switch from one Public Mobile to another Public Mobile account or are you transferring from another provider? Just wondering since you talked about switching plans and phones but not providers. You can't transfer a number between one PM account and another.

How long ago did you receive the first text that you reply to? If it's's been more than 2 hours you u can try to put the public mobile SIM in your phone and reboot and see if that will make any difference.
