Me and my wife switched from Rogers ported our numbers over we can call each other and other public Mobile users also call us but other service providers can't call us says our number is not in service. Help please. Thanks

@Macattack it’s in your community in box . Top of page tap your avatar . Drop down menu appear and hit messages

Check if your Rogers service is still working. Did you reply to a text message from Rogers to approve the phone number transfer?

@Macattack Did you leave the Roger’s sim cards in phone to reply YES to the confirmation text to port ? Either way I’ll send you the porting team number private message and  they can re trigger the port request for you
